Yes that is an extreme example but by applying your view to an extreme situation you can tell if the view is always right without exception.

I have recipts ready but last time a troll acused me of griefing LL didnt do anything to figure out what really was happeing or if i was really doing it, they just banned first and asked questions later.

But I am held responsible as an enduser, which is often frustrating.

Also, a lot of original content can be easily associated with a particular brand in SL, so people who put copybotted items from established creators on display will be called out pretty quickly by members of the creators' customer base.
